We need to ensure that more people are vaccinated against COVID-19, and at the same time, countries must continue to adhere to appropriate measures, such as limiting social distancing.  Second, we must continue our scientific work on novel Coronavirus to find better ways to respond to the virus.  In addition, we need to strengthen the capacity of health care systems and virus detection and tracking.  The better we do at these factors, the sooner we can get rid of novel Coronavirus.  Member states in the region need to strengthen their containment capacity through mutual cooperation
