The Pre-milled Blanks are crafted from Titanium Grade 5 ELI and the exclusive Micro Melt Cobalt-Chrome (CrCo) alloy, which offers several advantages over other options: It maintains its designed shape with no internal tension, reducing the risk of ceramic cracks The alloy is easier to mill and is gentler on your tools. Its precise thermal expansion coefficient facilitates the ceramic process. These individual blanks are secured to the holder using a “pull down and lock” system, which saves time and guarantees maximum precision and stability during the milling process.
