[Usage]  

Check whether the package is in good condition.  Remove sampling swab and preservation tube.  Unscrew the lid of the preservation tube and set aside.  Open the swab bag and sample the swab head at the specified collection site.  Place the completed swab vertically into an open storage tube and break it along the opening where it is broken, leaving the swab head in the storage tube and discarding the swab rod in a medical waste bin.  Close and tighten the lid of the preservation tube, and rock the preservation tube up and down until the preservation solution is completely immersed in the swab head.  Record sampler information in the writing area of the holding tube.  Complete sampling.
 

[Precautions]  

1. Do not directly contact the person to be collected with the preservation solution.  

2. Do not soak the swab with preservation solution before sampling.  

3. This product is a disposable product and is only used for collection, transportation and storage of clinical specimens. It shall not be used beyond the intended purpose.  

4. The product shall not be used after expiration or if the package is damaged.  

5. Specimens should be collected by professionals in strict accordance with the sampling procedure;  Specimens should be tested in a laboratory that meets the safety level.  

6. Specimens shall be transported to the corresponding laboratory within 2 working days after collection, and the storage temperature shall be 2-8 ℃;  If the samples cannot be sent to the laboratory within 48 hours, they should be stored at -70℃ or below, and ensure that the collected samples are sent to the corresponding laboratory within 1 week.  Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
