Selecting the Right Irrigating Syringe is mostly a matter of personal preference. Bulb Syringes are the easiest to use.
Thumb Ring Irrigation Syringes offer the most control of the irrigation flow and pressure. Piston Irrigation Syringes are most often the least expensive irrigation syringe.
